Question 1: Can I apply for an account?
Simply click on the "Apply for an Account" button on the left hand side menu, and fill in some basic information. We will then contact you to complete the process.
You can also download an Account Application Form Which you can print out, complete and post back to us.
Question 2: My screen does not display the menu correctly - what is wrong?
This is a fault with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6, which does not display some web pages correctly. This has been corrected in Internet Explorer 7, which is a free download, available here You can also download Firefox from the icon on the left hand side menu.
Question 3: How can I order matching items?
We are currently working to create sets of our most popular items. While this is in preparation, you can phone or email our customer support, who will be please to help you locate the matching items and add them to your order. Question 4: What are the delivery charges?
We only charge delivery on orders that are below £50 in total value. These are charged at a flat fee of £5.00 to cover post packing and insurance.
Question 5: Do I still get my Fast Payment discounts?
Yes - Your are still eligible for your usual Fast Payment discounts, when you settle your account as Follows:
Within 7 Days - 5% Discount
Within 30 Days - 2.5% Discount
The discount will be deducted from your account in the usual way.
How do I get 10% off my first order?
We will deduct 10% off the goods total of your first order placed with Prandaonline. You will receive an invoice with the 10% deducted.
